Cover both the concrete surface and mold face with a compatible release system to reduce sticking and surface pull.

Set the first row accurately, lock the joints together and keep the pattern square to the project reference line.

The efficient quantity depends on slab size, crew size and mold dimensions. A working set should cover enough area to maintain the active stamping edge while molds are lifted and rotated.
The slab should support the installer's weight without deep sinking while remaining plastic enough to receive full texture. Weather, mix design and slab thickness all affect this window.
Use a compatible release agent with even coverage, keep mold faces clean and avoid stamping after the surface has become too wet or too hard.
Clean and dry the molds, then store them flat with full support. Keep them away from sharp objects, excessive heat, direct sunlight and loads that can distort the shape.
