Planning the layout
Set the border centerline, corners and transitions before stamping the main field. On curves, test the mold against the planned radius so adjacent impressions meet without forcing the polyurethane.
- Trial model FX-121 with the proposed mix, release system and color process, then approve the impression before the main pour.
- Plan enough molds to continue the placement sequence without delaying the concrete finishing window.
- Inspect the mold face and edges after each pour, then store the polyurethane away from deformation and sharp contact.
